Cream of lightly spiced parsnip soup with parsnip crisps £4.95

Tartar of home smoked salmon topped with horseradish crème fraiche
and cucumber & dill dressing £5.95

Swan on the green antipasto with sun dried tomatoes marinated olives,
parmesan shavings
& grilled ciabatta bread £6.75

Tempura of smoked haddock with red chard & lemon salsa £6.95

Warm mozzarella with sweet confit peppers fresh rocket & avocado
lime vinaigrette £5.25

 

To follow:

Medallions of pork tenderloin with savoy cabbage parmentier potatoes mushrooms
a la crème & cider sauce £11.50

Baked monkfish tail on stir-fried vegetables and sauce viege £11.95

Chargrilled rib eye steak with garlic and chive mash roasted shallots,
bacon lardons & red wine sauce £12.75

Honey roasted breast of duck with savoury rice apricot compot
& spring onion jus £13.95

Fillet of brill on curried leeks, with mange tout & lemon grass sauce £12.75

Puff pastry tartlet filled with roasted peppers, spinach & woodland mushrooms
topped with goats cheese and finished with a black olive and basil dressing £9.00

Baked breast of chicken wrapped in Serrano ham with garlic and chive mash,
steamed vegetables and tarragon reduction £10.95

One or two vegetarian options always available but not always on the menu.

All our dishes are cooked to order from limited amounts of fresh, and where possible
locally produced produce so please do not expect all items to be available on the menu
throughout the evening, and to be served to you immediately.

Staff gratuities are at your discretion however on some busy and weekend nights
an 'optional' 10% service charge will be added to your bill.
