Here is our selection of cask conditioned ales and
top-pressure beers
brewed on the premesis:
3.6% abv - real ale, straw coloured and lightly hopped with USA Cascade for a subtle fruity aroma.
4.0% abv – our standard Best Bitter, typical English ale colour hopped with UK Target and First Gold.
5.3% abv – the Swan’s heavyweight premium bitter hopped with UK Target for bite and softened with Kentish Goldings for aroma.
3.6% abv – our mild ale, easy to drink at any time of the year.
3.6% abv – a pale coloured ale flavoured with ginger and other spices for a distinctive oriental taste.
4.2% abv – a slightly darker ale with a soft smooth flavour derived from its Kentish Golding hops and rounded out with the addition of a bottle of port to each cask.
At 3.6% another light & refreshing session beer.
Lots of fruits and spices are added to this winter brew to give it a wonderful complex flavour.
4.2% abv - A stronger light coloured ale packed with cascade hops
4.0% abv – a clean
refreshing lager brewed
with 100% organic malt.
